SUMMARY

This error can occur when there is a problem loading the file handler (i.e., Ct930Sng.DLL, Ct930Mul.DLL, Ct930Cls.DLL, or Ct930Clt.DLL for Version 16; Ct827Sng.DLL, Ct826Mul.DLL, Ct827Cls.DLL, or Ct827Clt.DLL for Version 15; Ct11BSng.DLL, Ct11BMul.DLL, Ct11BCls.DLL, Ct11BClt.DLL for Version 14.3 or 14.2; etc. A complete list can be found in R10678.) It is possible that the file is corrupt or missing.

This error has also been reported to occur during a HotSync if using Version 14.3 PracticeMaster Palm conduits, Palm Desktop Ver. 4.1.4, and Outlook 2007 Palm conduits. Contact Technical Support if you receive this error.

• This error can result from a temporary loss of Network Connection.

General Troubleshooting

• Reboot the workstation and try again.  If the problem persists, go on to the next step.
• Reinstall the Tabs3 and PracticeMaster Software, including System Configuration. Corrupted EXE and DLL files can cause fatal errors. See KB Article R11367, "How to Reinstall Tabs3 and PracticeMaster Version 16 Software".
• Check for communication problems with the file server.  See KB Article R10184, "Network Troubleshooting Guide".
