1010 - Unable To Determine File Size

SUMMARY

The program was unable to determine the file size while accessing the file. This is usually the result of a failure in the network software or hardware.

Specific Errors

1010-x-64

This error can result from a temporary loss of Network Connection.

RESOLUTION

Restart the workstation and reestablish the network connection.
If the system is running on a network, determine if other workstations are having a problem. If the error does not occur on other workstations, there may be a problem with the workstation on which the error occurs.
If the error occurs on multiple workstations, copy the program directory to a local hard disk and run the program locally. Be sure to change any paths, such as the archive path in Tabs3, before testing if necessary. If the system runs fine on a local hard disk, this usually indicates that there is a problem with the network hardware or software. Possible errors are:
1. Broken or loose cable/connection.
2. Failure at a network hub, repeater, switch or router.
3. Failure at the file server (i.e., file server crashed).
