SUMMARY

This error is reported if a cost record in the Tabs3/APS integration file contains a link to an invalid Tabs3 cost record. This error is only reported when the Data File Integrity Check is run with the Read Only check box selected.

RESOLUTION

This error can be resolved using one of the following methods:

Note: This error can also occur if the Tabs3/APS integration file (T3A3COST.DAT in Version 16 and 15, A3T3COST.DAT in Version 14) was selectively restored, but the Tabs3 and APS data files were not changed (or vice versa). In this case, it is also quite likely that costs will not display correctly that originate from APS, or that fatal errors (usually 1340) will occur when entering cost transactions. If fatal errors occur, the best solution is to restore all Tabs3 and PracticeMaster programs from a backup made prior to the problem that prompted the original restore.
