PracticeMaster can be configured to integrate Calendar records and Related Party records with Outlook.
In order to integrate calendar and related party records with Outlook, Outlook Integration must first be configured in System Configuration. In User Configuration, select the user you want to integrate with Outlook and then select the Outlook check box (File | Open | Users). Clicking the Configure button displays an Outlook Synchronization window. This window can also be accessed from within PracticeMaster using the Outlook Synchronization program (Maintenance | Integration | Outlook Synchronization). The Outlook Synchronization window allows you to configure calendar and contact integration as shown below.

When configured for two-way integration, any new records added to PracticeMaster are automatically added to Outlook (provided the records fall within the criteria specified in the Outlook Synchronization window). If desired, the Outlook Synchronization program in PracticeMaster can be run to synchronize records added in PracticeMaster prior to setting up the integration to Outlook. Additionally, records added in Outlook can be synchronized to PracticeMaster.
When the Outlook Synchronization program is run, the following window will be displayed if the number of changes in PracticeMaster or Outlook reaches the number of changes specified in the Outlook Synchronization program. This window can be used to verify the additions, changes, and deletions in each system before they are made.
