DFIC Error 501 - PracticeMaster and Tabs3/TAS Files Are in Pending Sync Mode

SUMMARY

This error is a warning indicating that the PracticeMaster and Tabs3/TAS programs are out of sync because synchronization is in a pending state.

RESOLUTION

  1. Run the Data File Integrity Check again when synchronization is not pending. (Note:  Synchronization goes into a pending mode when a user of either PracticeMaster or Tabs3/TAS is using an exclusive function. Once the user exits the exclusive function, synchronization will no longer be in a pending mode.)
  2. If the Data File Integrity Check does not detect an error 500 or 501, no action is necessary.
  3. If the Data File Integrity Check detects an error 500, please refer to KB Article R10589, "DFIC Error 500 - PracticeMaster and Tabs3 / TAS Files Are Not Synchronized".
