DFIC Error 74 - Missing File
Last reviewed: 08/02/2002
Article ID: R10619
The information in this article applies to:
- Tabs3 Version 10 & 11
- TAS Version 10 & 11
SUMMARY & RESOLUTION
This error can occur for one of two reasons:
- Tabs3/TAS has been configured, but no clients have been entered. Simply ignore the error
74 in this situation. Once clients are added, the error will be eliminated.
- A data file is missing or has been deleted. You must restore your Tabs3/TAS data files
from a backup. It is important to note that if a file is missing, the data file integrity
check does not complete the entire search. Once this situation is resolved, make sure the
Data File Integrity Check is run again to verify there are no errors. (Note: If you are
integrated with PracticeMaster, the Data File Integrity Check may report an error 500 and it may be necessary to restore your PracticeMaster
data files. Refer to KB Article R10589 - DFIC Error 500 -
PracticeMaster and Tabs3 / TAS Files Are Not Synchronized for further information.)
