The information in this article applies to:

• Tabs3 Billing Software Version 16, 15, 14 & 12
• Tabs3 Remote Entry Software Version 16, 15, 14 & 12
• Tabs3 Trust Accounting Software (TAS) Version 16
• PracticeMaster Version 16

SUMMARY

This error indicates that a field was encountered with a number that is beyond the allowable range for the field. In Tabs3 Remote, this error can occur in either the remote data files or the optional validation files.

RESOLUTION

In Tabs3

• This error may be corrected by editing the value of the field shown on the Error Report.
• If the errors are in the client or contact files, this error may be corrected by selecting a valid address or e-mail for the record.

In Tabs3 Remote

• If the errors are in the optional validation files, simply recreate the optional validation files in Tabs3 and transfer them to the remote data directory.
• If the errors are in the remote data files, this error may be corrected by editing the value of the field shown on the Error Report.

In TAS or PracticeMaster

• If the errors are in the client or contact files, this error may be corrected by selecting a valid address or e-mail for the record.
