DFIC Error 21 - Invalid Value for Boolean Field

SUMMARY

A boolean field is a field that is stored as either a "Yes" or "No" (such as the Inactive check box in the client data entry program). This error indicates that a boolean field was encountered that contained a value other than "Yes" or "No." In Tabs3 Remote, this error can occur only in the validation files.

RESOLUTION

• This error can be resolved by editing the check box for the field shown on the Error Report.
  Note:  In PracticeMaster, if you preview the Error Report, you can easily drill down to the record with the error by moving the mouse over the error and clicking it when it is highlighted.
• In Tabs3 Remote, this error can be resolved by recreating the optional validation files in Tabs3 and transferring them to the remote data directory.
